G3 REIT Management Limited (G3RMC) was incorporated on April 14, 2026 as a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) under the applicable laws of Pakistan. The Company was granted permission by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) on March 3, 2026 to undertake the business of a REIT Management Company. G3RMC's principal object is to carry on REIT Management Services in accordance with the Real Estate Investment Trust Regulations, 2022. The Company has submitted its application to the SECP for the grant of a REIT Management Services Licence and is currently completing the applicable regulatory formalities. G3RMC is presently a subsidiary of Ghani Global Holdings Limited.
