G3 Homes LLP (G3-LLP) was incorporated on February 26, 2026 under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2017, and is a body corporate having perpetual succession and a legal personality separate from its partners. The principal business of G3-LLP is to acquire, purchase, lease, hold, develop, construct, manage, sell, rent, operate and otherwise deal in land, plots, real estate, immovable properties and interests therein, and to undertake residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use and other real estate development projects. G3-LLP is competent to participate in and implement the restructuring, transfer and vesting arrangements contemplated under the Scheme, acting as the transferor body corporate in respect of the Designated Real Estate Assets proposed to be transferred and vested in G3 Properties (Private) Limited.
