Mr. Masroor Ahmad Khan is the Chairman of the Board.  After getting Bachelor during the year 1985, he joined family business and took the responsibility of salt mining, coal mining and silica sand mining projects of Ghani Group.

During 1992 when Ghani Group decided to launch first glass plant, Mr. Masroor joined this project as General Manager. He played a vital role for successful commissioning of this project. He remained General Manager of this project till January 2005. During this period he developed and introduced the state of the art high tech machinery, new technologies for production of quality products, introduced quality standards and replaced one by one all existing glass forming machinery with latest machinery, introduced new ideas in packaging, testing equipment and hassle free in time delivery system.

Mr. Masroor has traveled abroad for selection of machinery and to get himself update for latest technology and development in glass and gases industries. He participated in so many international and national fairs, business conferences and seminars on different topics. He was instrumental in setting up a state of the art industrial and medical gases manufacturing project near Lahore.

He is also serving as director in other Ghani Global Group of companies.
Mr. Masroor Ahmad Khan is certified director in pursuance to code of corporate governance.

Hafiz Farooq Ahmad is the Chief Executive of the Company. He did his bachelor in Engineering from University of Illinois, Chicago USA, in the year 1996. Mr. Farooq has patents in his name in USA for manufacturing of CBD Cobalt Chips and Cobalt Deposition.

Hafiz Farooq Ahmad has also worked for a period of 6 years with the Applied Materials, USA which is the leader in materials engineering solutions used to produce virtually every new chip and advanced display in the world. He has also participated in many international and national fairs, business conferences and seminars.

He is also serving as director in other Ghani Global Group of companies. He has frequently traveled Europe, America, Canada, China and Gulf countries for selection of machinery, to get himself update for latest development in industry and thereby gained a lot of technical, production and marketing experience. He is certified director under the code of corporate governance.

Atique Ahmad Khan

Mr. Atique Ahmad Khan is qualified Mechanical & Electrical Engineer. Being a successful industrialist, he has a diversified experience of more than 27 years of Glass, Textile, Industrial and Medical Gases and Automobile Sectors.

He has frequently traveled Europe, America, Canada, China and Gulf countries for selection of machinery, to get himself update for latest development in industry and gained a lot of technical, production and marketing experience. He is also serving as director in other Ghani Global Group of companies.

Mr. Atique has seasonal personality and participated in so many international and national fairs, business conferences and seminars. He has excellent entrepreneurial skills and management qualities.
Mr. Atique Ahmad Khan is certified director in pursuance to code of corporate governance.

Muhammad Ashraf Bawany

Mr. Muhammad Ashraf Bawany is the President at Ghani Global Group. He has vast experience to lead and head different companies. Presently, he is on the Board of Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG) as a director. He has been a director of Pakistan Stock Exchange Ltd. (PSX), Central Depository Company of Pakistan Ltd. (CDC), National Clearing Company of Pakistan Ltd. (NCCPL) and VIS Credit Rating Company Ltd.

In his earlier career, Mr. Bawany worked in the Linde Group for more than 13 years on key positions including the CEO/Managing Director of Linde Pakistan Ltd. Later, he has also been the Advisor to the Chairman Board of Pakistan Oxygen Ltd. 

He has also been the President of Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP) and Memon Professional Forum.

As a Volunteer he is also Chairman of Pakistan German Business Forum, a Member Welfare Committee of Tabba Heart Institute and Aziz Tabba Foundation. He has also been a Director of German Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Vice President of Bin Qasim Association of Trade and Industry as well as Jetpur Memon Association. 

Mr. Bawany is FCMA and also holds Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Karachi University.

Farzin Khan is presently serving National Consultant – Anti Corruption & Justice Coordinator at United Nations Office on Drugs & Crime (UNODC) Pakistan. Previously, she has served as Deputy Chief of Project for USAID’s Financial Market Development (FMD) Project.

Ms. Farzin possesses 15 years of local and regional experience across legal & regulatory enforcement agencies, regional governmental bodies and donor sectors. She has served for 10 years as the Deputy Secretary General of the South Asian Federation of Exchanges (SAFE). In earlier assignments, she worked in a number of national level regulatory institutions such as CCP & SECP.

She holds an MBA in Finance as well as a Masters in Financial Management from the University of Bedfordshire Business School, United Kingdom, besides having attended many other career development programs, seminars and conferences
